THE WORKING AGREEMENT
Terms of use.
Updated 11 September 2026 · PsychoGTM websites, workspace and services.
Who we are and how these terms apply
PsychoGTM is a product built by Amics and Appledore. These terms govern use of the product. An accepted order, checkout or service agreement identifies the contracting business, paid scope and any additional terms. If a signed agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement governs its stated subject.
Use the service only if you can enter a binding agreement, and have authority to act for any business you represent. Questions can be sent to hello@appledore.net.
Your account and workspace
Keep credentials and MCP tokens secure, provide accurate account information and use only accounts and content you are authorised to access. Server administrators manage membership and shared work. You are responsible for your team’s use and for choosing which records, personal assets and calendar items to share.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us permission to host, process, display, back up and transmit it as needed to provide the features and services you request. This is not a transfer of ownership or a licence to sell your private content.
Agents, integrations and human judgment
AI-generated research, recommendations and drafts can be incomplete or wrong. Check sources, claims, recipients and proposed actions before relying on them. A suggested relationship does not establish permission to contact someone or promise an introduction.
External services require their own accounts, permissions and terms. An illustrative website demo is not a promise that every depicted integration is live. Connected runtimes and MCP clients have only the capabilities you authorise; an interface label does not authorise spending, publishing or outreach.
Acceptable use
Do not use PsychoGTM for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, credential misuse, deceptive impersonation, unsolicited abusive messaging, or unauthorised access. Respect privacy, intellectual property, opt-outs and the rules of services you connect. Do not defeat another service’s security controls or use the product to access data you have no right to use.
Pricing, beta access and service scope
Public prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes, third-party subscriptions, compute, data, advertising, travel and event costs are included only where the accepted order says so. Bespoke and enterprise work begins after scope, responsibilities and charges are agreed. We do not guarantee introductions, booked calls, revenue or other commercial results.
Pre-launch signup is free. The optional US$71 offer buys one first month of workspace access, beginning at launch, with no automatic renewal. The checkout states the offer and payment conditions. Annual or bespoke arrangements require a separate purchase or agreement; selecting a pricing toggle does not create a subscription. Contact us before launch if you need to cancel a pre-launch purchase. We will refund an undelivered pre-launch month if we cannot provide it.
The alpha product may change and features may be unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a fixed launch date. Material changes to an already paid scope will be discussed with the customer.
Privacy and operational access
The privacy policy explains how information is handled, including necessary administrator access for support, security and agreed service delivery. It does not give administrators a general licence to browse Google-connected data. Specific provider restrictions and your sharing choices still apply.
Suspension, ending use and responsibility
You can stop using the service and request account deletion. We may restrict or suspend access to protect security, investigate material misuse or address unpaid charges, giving notice where reasonably possible. We will work with you on access to your data when an engagement ends, subject to legal and security restrictions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the alpha is provided as available, without a promise that it will suit every purpose. Neither party is responsible for losses that applicable law allows it to exclude, such as indirect losses from relying on an unverified AI output. Nothing here limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, or overrides an express obligation in a paid agreement.
Changes and questions
We may update these terms as the product develops. We will give reasonable notice of material changes affecting current users. Changes do not retroactively alter a paid order without agreement. Contact hello@appledore.net for billing, service or legal questions.
